About us

Software that does the work, so people make the decisions.

Bainbot gives every business an AI team, with you always in charge.

Our mission

Give every business an AI team.

Bainbot is an AI team for your business. You talk to a Chief of Staff, and a group of AI teammates research, draft and follow up on the work.

We believe AI should take the busywork off people and leave every important decision with them. That is why nothing leaves Bainbot until you approve it.

What we believe

Four ideas behind the product.

People decide

AI prepares the work. You make the final call.

Quiet by design

Fast, calm and out of your way.

Clear by default

Plain language, not dashboards to decode.

Built to be trusted

Permissions you set, and nothing sent without approval.

The team

The people behind Bainbot.
